TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE

1. Hotplate not working

Check:

that the corresponding knob is on the required

temperature setting.

that the appliance is receiving electrical power.

2. Oven not working.

Check:

that the function selector knob is on the required

position

that the temperature knob is on the required

position.

that the appliance is receiving electrical power.

3. Oven light not working.

Check:

that the appliance is receiving electrical power.

that the light is not burnt out (if it is, fit a new light).

AFTER SALES SERVICE

Before you contact the After-Sales Service:

Check the instructions in the “Troubleshooting”

section to see whether you can deal with the

problem without help.

Connect the appliance to the power supply again to

see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists, call in the After-Sales Service.

When you call the After-Sales Service, please provide

the following details:

A brief description of the fault;

The appliance’s exact service number (the number

indicated alongside the word

)

Your full address;

Your telephone number and local dialling code;

When you can be contacted.

The service number can be seen on the bottom

left-hand side when you open the oven door.
