INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
GAS SUPPLY CONNECTION
Before the installation, make sure that the
local distribution conditions (gas type and
pressure) and the setting of this appliance
are compatible.
The local distribution conditions are given
on the plate or label.
For GB and BE (G20/G25) only: before
connecting the appliance to the gas main,
mount conical elbow “G” (supplied with
the appliance) onto the union elbow “C”,
upon which the gasket “F” has been
placed (see side picture).
The hob is set up and calibrated to work with the
gas indicated on the rating plate affixed to the
appliance and on this instruction booklet.
The gas supply system must conform to the
local regulations in force.
To connect the hob to the gas mains or cylinder
use a flexible stainless steel hose with
continuous wall conforming to local regulations.
Use gasket “F” for the cylindrical elbow
connection.
The flexible metal tubes must be at most 2 m
long.
Attention: If a flexible stainless steel hose is
used, it must be so installed that it cannot
come into contact with a movable part of the
unit and is not obstructed and so that its
whole length can be inspected.
The hob connection is made up as follows:
- 1 nut “A”
- gaskets “F”
- union elbow “C”
- 1 conical adapter “G”
for GB and BE (G25/G25) only.
