1.1 Preparation of the working

surface

Clean the hole from any dust or dirt.

- Brush 1 or 2 hands of special primer and dry

for about 30 minutes. This will protect the lean

surface against penetration of humidity and

shall increase the adherence of the bonding

material.

1.2 Mounting in a hole of the

working table prepared as per Fig.

1 above

Fix the autoadhesive washer on the cleaned

leaning area. In the angle zones and eventually

in the center of the leaning zone, fix 3-4 cms

strips of mastic sealing supplied at on interval

of about 10 cms from each other, then apply

strip of silicone high approx. 3-4 mm as per

Fig. 2.

With cleaning soap, clean properly the borders

of the hob to remove any oil grease or other

dirt from the hob borders.

Introduce in the hole the glass ceramic hob

and position it properly in the hole so as to

have equal distances all around.

Press slightly and evenly on the glass ceramic

hob top, specially on the angles sides, in order

to get the glass top levelled with the border of

the working table.

Attention: don’t use any tool against the

glass border.
