1. The pans base must be the same or slightly
greater than that of the cooking zone -
never smaller.
2. Use only pans with thick flat bases.
3. Possibly use a cover. You can set a lower
power and save energy.
4. Boil vegetables, potatoes, etc. with a little
water to save energy.
5. Pressure pans help to save energy and are
quicker than traditional pans.
