1. Use clean clothes or paper for domestic use,

liquid detergent, commercial products such

as Sidol for stainless steel, Stahlfix or Cera-

fix or the enclosed razor-blade scraper.

2. Do not use abrasive powder or detergent,

oven sprays, rust or stain removers,

bleaches, sponges with a rough abrasive

surface, steelwood pads.

3. Try to clean the hob when it is only slightly

soiled, ideally after each use when it is

lukewarm or cold.

4. Do not reheat burnt particles.

5. Encrusted food or fats are better removed

while still warm, using the glass scraper

supplied or razor blade.

6. Finish cleaning with Sidol for stainless steel

or Stahlfix.

7. Should any sugar fall on the hob, remove it

immediately as it may melt when it comes in

contact with the hot surface of the hob.
