Carry out all cabinet cutting work before fitting the hob, and carefully remove any shavings or sawdust.
If an undertop oven is installed, make sure the oven is equipped with a cooling system.
Do not install the hob above a dishwasher or washing-machine, so that the electronic circuits do not come into

The gas supply system must comply with the local regulations.
For specific local regulations for some countries, see the section “References to

The connection of the hob to the gas supply or gas cylinder must be by means of a
rigid copper or steel pipe with fittings complying with the local regulations, or by
means of a continuous-surface flexible stainless steel pipe complying with the local
regulations. The maximum permissible length of the flexible metal pipe is 2 metres.
Carry out the connection using a metal union elbow, interposing a seal to Standard EN
549. The union elbow must be of the type shown in fig. A (ISO 7/1) for all destinations
except France, for which the union must be of the type shown in fig. B (ISO 228/1).

runs in an area free of hindrances and can be inspected along all its length.
After connecting to the gas supply, check for any leaks with soapy water. With the
